How can I change the camera lens on Samsung browser?

I have to complete some verification and as part of the process I have to take a picture of ID and selfie. 

On the browser, when capturing the ID the image is very blurry, I think this is due to the camera lens being used by Samsung browser. How can I change the lens on the browser so my images come out clear?

I don't think you can but i use adobe scan for docs, or my printer

Argh ok. The issue is because it's a live verification, I need to take the picture live using the browser and it's always blurry. I know If the lens can change everything would be sorted

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community! Does it let you upload an image or flip the camera? Annoyingly, this is down to the website, and some developers do not perform well.

Depending on the ID they need (as long as it is not being put on an ID), then a little blurriness is not normally an issue. *if its just a live verification it should be an issue. Maybe try holding the camera a little further away

Try cleaning the front screen camera and use in good lighting.

Unfortunately no option to upload or switch cameras. It just defaults to the the wide lens camera for the ID capture and therefore everything is blurry.

Ah right, sorry, I think it will be probably be whatever the browser uses? Maybe go into browser/internet settings see if there are any options there?

Try Google browser instead

No luck there either. I think it's what another user said, issue with the website where the settings don't allow camera to be changed 😕
