Horrendous sound quality

I got a samsung dongle type c to 3,5 to use with my IEM with s24 ultra and the static noise is unbearable, it doesn't even get recognised by the phone as an external DAC, does samsung makes a DAC or i just have to relay on 3rd party accessories

Samsung do sell its own but the writeups about it aren't very good. I use this on my S23U with no problems
