Is it just me unlucky or are there others? 
I paid in full for the Samsung care Right after I bought the phone (s24 ultra) This month on (13/09/24) I sent the phone to be serviced to clean the usb plug because it no longer charges properly . About 14 days later I received an email: we received your phone number and we will start the investigation. After 14 days???? 14 days I had no idea what what it's happening with my phone . I thought that the phone was lost. Unavailable two weeks just to be seen by a engineer. To be fixed it will take two more weeks??? . Could be fixed in front of my door in 20 minutes. I will never pay again for Samsung care

Hello @cezar0408 👋 

I appreciate how frustrating that this must be as we mostly all depend on our phone's to remain connected in many ways , and for many our daily life's are on them i.e calendar and notes etc. 

A Repair timeframe would probably be based on how many Repair jobs are in front of yours, and if parts are in-stock to carry out those repairs. 

I appreciate yours is a clean of the charging port. 

Top tip > with my phone's I purchase a silicone usb-c bung that goes into the port that keeps dust and debris out.

They are a few pounds off ebay. I'll pop a picture of them at the bottom of my reply. 

Samsung will endeavour to get through repairs ASAP.

Thanks for reply and for advice 🙏 (definitely I'll buy those magnetic USB plugs.) The most annoying was the part with comunication. From 13/09 to 27/09 I had no idea what it's happening.

Yes i agree that commination is key @cezar0408  👍

These usb-c inserts are not magnetic however. 

They are made from silicone that simply pushes into the port. 

I've used them for years.
