Help! Where's UI7??

Does anyone have an idea why my S24 Ultra hasn't received UI7. It's almost June.

I'm in the UK. I'm with the THREE network.

THREE says talk to Samsung and Samsung says talk to THREE. My phone hasn't had an update of any sort since January. 

Help. Yes, and help greatly appreciated.

My insurance provider wants me to send my phone back so they can replace it again

After contacting mine today I think that's what's going to happen to me too... pain in the ***** lol... not Citymain by any chance?

No. It's Taurus. I feel the IT person will see it, read what I said and say he didn't to send it in. I could have fixed that from a distance .
But hey.... No alternative.
