Help- sound call issues

Nobody can hear me on calls and my calls keep cutting out after c.20 secs. Any ideas on what I can try? Thank you

Does this happen everywhere or in a particular place  ?

Does this happen with certain calls ?

As a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens. 

Some troubleshooting steps you can try are >

• Eject the sim card and put it back in and then reboot the phone. 
• Eject the sim and place it in the secondary sim slot. 
• In Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings > Reboot the phone.
