Haven't received One UI 7 yet on Galaxy S24 (SM-S921U) – Need Clarification

Hi Community,
I’m currently using the Samsung Galaxy S24 (Model: SM-S921U) and I still haven’t received the One UI 7 update. I'm a bit confused and concerned, especially when looking at the Service Provider Software Version listed as:

SAOMC_SM-S918U_OYN_GCF_13_0007 GCF/GCF,GCF/XAA

I've attached a screenshot of my full software information. Can someone please confirm if I will be receiving the One UI 7 update and whether this service provider software version might be affecting it?

Any help or insights are truly appreciated. Thank you!

This device is for the USA and a locked device.
If you are outside of the USA, then you are unlikely to get any updates
You can try connecting to a computer and using smartswitch on the computer to check for available updates
Occasionally using a different sim card can work. But that's probably unlikely for most.

If you are outside the USA, you are region-locked. Then you wont get uodates.

If you are in the USA. Id recommend posting in the respective forum- this being for the UK

Looks like Smartswitch will need to be your friend.

Your device was manufactured for the USA market so won't pick up OTA updates here in the UK.

If you are outside the US with the SM-S921U you won't get updates but you could use the internet to see about the U1 software which will get updates outside the US. Also from your screen capture it shows the build as the S24 SM-S921U but the software service as the SM-S918U which is the S23 I believe.

Hi, I'm new here.
I bought this S24 Ultra (SM-S921U) from the local market in Pakistan. I noticed the Service Provider Software version shows SM-S918U, which I believe is for the S23.

I’ve already tried SmartSwitch, but no luck—still no One UI 7 update.
Please check why it shows the wrong model and what I can do to get the correct update.

I'm presuming you didn't buy this device new as it looks like someone has tried to flash S23 Ultra into it.

That will likely be why you aren't getting updates......

Can you get the device returned / refunded? I would if you can

• Actually i need solution for this can't be refunded and this CPID imei changed

You may not get any updates as the device will likely report non official software....
