Hiya! I just want to ask what your experience is with replacement? I requested and was granted a replacement for grainy screen, Samsung UK. I am just worried that I will get the same or worse grainy screen.

If it's done by Samsung I would trust it. Corner shop, I wouldn't trust it. Samsung even fixed screens with software update.

Are you getting a replacement screen or a replacement device?

As @Star_girl has said, if it is Samsung dealing with it through their 3rd party, you'll have warranty etc.

Personally I would ask for a replacement device.

It will be a replacement device. Did you have this experience as well? How was your new device?

It is Samsung Online. They said I would need to send my device first, then expect the replacement device within 7-10 days.

@JohnTimothyBautista if your within your relevant 14 days cooling off period Samsung UK would send a brand new phone.

Yes... I am just hoping the next unit they will send me is not the same or worse with grainy display.

If you are within the 14 day cooling off period, then for sure you should get it replaced.

Hopefully, the new unit will be better and no more grainy screen...
