Since updating to the latest version of One UI 7, my Google Wallet has stopped working for contactless payments. When I open the app, I receive a message stating that my device does not meet security requirements.

I reported this issue to Google, and after a few days, they confirmed that the problem is related to Samsung, advising me to reach out to them. I submitted feedback to Samsung regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a response.

This is just one of many issues I’ve encountered with the One UI 7 update. In hindsight, I regret installing it. When I initially experienced problems, I contacted Samsung, and the support representative suggested performing a factory reset to revert to the original software. However, this would require me to set up my device from scratch and restore all my data, which had already taken me several days to organize. Unfortunately, their response was that there was nothing else they could do.

Overall, my experience with Samsung's customer service has been disappointing, and I am frustrated by the lack of support in resolving this issue.

So, the problem is related to Samsung?

No, the problem is people desperate for One UI7 so download beta test software for the wrong reasons.

During the download process, they get a page that clearly states Google Wallet may not work during beta, but they click on accept anyway.

Then they complain when, in the latest update, Google Wallet does exactly what you were told it would do, stop working.

But somehow this is Samsung's fault?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Wow your response was so rude. If you don't have literally a single helpful thing to say then just keep it to yourself next time. You're very condescending.

I'm sorry you feel that way; my intent was not to be rude, but blunt- people have a habit of not taking accountability. As my post indicated, it is a matter of reading what you are signing up for. I feel I provided the necessary, useful information on this subject—an answer- and an alterative solution. Would you deam that as "dont have a literally a single helpful thing to say"

In this matter, how else would you have wanted me to word it? I seem to have personally offended you indirectly.
