I believe this is more to software issue.

If you ever remoted control from PC to samsung phone that is on ONE UI 6.1, you will probably encoutner the same as I do where you are only able to see the black screen during the session. This can be replicated when you install (Good Lock) and enabled the "One hand operations +" on your phone. The app appeared to be conflicting with Teamviewer Host version only, the Quick Support version seems to be working fine. 

Workarounds: To get around this problem, I need to put the Apps (i.e. Settings) that need to be visible during remote session to App Exceptions, however you won't be able to use "One hand operations +" feature on that page until you remove it from Exceptions page.

It does seem to be a software issue or misinterpreted configuration.

You might like to report this using the feedback from the Members App. The technical team might be able to test it and fix it.
