Not sure the right place to ask but all my samsung phones including my S24 Ultra encoutered the same problem. I was using MS Copilot on my Ultra S24 and S9 Tab FE for about 2 with voice enabled. About fews days ago, voice feature no longer reacted; clicking the microphone icon would not do anything. I checked every other Samsung devices including my old A9 lite tab, all behaved the same. Installed Copliot on my Oneplus phone, run the test on the same Wifi network and it worked flawlessly. Does anyone have the same issue on their Samsung device??

Thank you for your confirmation. Not sure it lies on Samsung or MS side yet, maybe wait to see if more users experienced the same. Then we can have a better idea how to report this to MS.

Hi @AlgoSync
Have you checked that the app have not lost permissions?
Apps misbehaving are usually sorted by the owner of the app. I would recommend reporting this to Microsoft and to be on the safe side report it to Samsung as well using the feedback from the Members App.

It has nothing to do with permissions because this happened to all of my Samsung devices only. I checked every single setting in which permission can cause this malfuction. I have also cleared app's cache and data, re-installed to regain permission controls. Moreover, Copilot was refreshly installed on all of my other Samsung devices, and they all behaved the same. MS Copilot is installed on the other Oneplus devices that are different generation, and they worked instantly.

My suggestion was because apps lose permissions after they are not used for while.
