Gmail and Outlook notifications

Hello guys suddenly my phone stop to send me notifications from Gmail and Outlook anyone have any ideea why?

Have a look in the App Info for each app (long press on the app icon and then tap the i in top right corner). Check under battery settings that it's set as unrestricted and under mobile data that allow background data use and usage whilst data saver on is selected.
Also check under app notifications (same menu) to make sure that allow notifications is on and notification types are selected

Also, check that the aforementioned apps are not in deep sleep, assuming you allow all notifications and not silenced any.

I have same problem. Have checked all settings, have tried reinstalling, and ensured all settings are set to allow notifications with sound and number count indication. Nothing appears to make any difference.

I've also tried everything was said and still don't get email notifications
