Hello. Why doesn't "OK Google" work? The voice assistant settings say "OK Google command is not supported on this device."

Hi @Dada86 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋
I assume your not using the current Beta Software as this can have impact on some functions and features.
If nkt then look at >
https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/mobile-apps-services/google-assistant-not-working-s24-ultra/
And you could clear the data of the app by long holding the app and then tap on i and then storage and Clear cache.
A more broadsworded approach is > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
