Galaxy s24 plus

Just got  new s24 plus,but  it has not updated, still  on may update,have factory reset,but still  the same

Is it bought from a proper retailer or off Ebay/amazon, etc. It could be the csc code is wrong for the device/country which means it could be harder to get updates. If u go into settings, about phone and then software info it should tell u there my s24u says EUX/-/EUX/EUX. Where did u but it from?

From o2 it says eux o2c

If it's carrier locked like o2 then you have to wait on them

That's why you should always go with a device straight from samsung, or if it's on contract go with three uk because there phones are factory unlocked

It is unlocked as I can use 3 sim in phone

Best contact O2, I'm with them and my last Software update was for August 1 so you shouldn't not be getting them.

O2C ? I'm sure that's o2 Czech did u get it from an o2 store in the uk? I would return it I have an s23u from o2 and mines is EUX/-/EUX/O2U where as my s24u came with EUX/-/EUX/EUX

Hmm that's strange then pal just maybe try turning auto updates off in update section then just keep clicking the update button see if it'd finds it and make sure your on WiFi sometimes it won't find them on mobile data
