Galaxy S24 Microphone Issues

Just got my new S24 and the microphone quality is very hit and miss. I recorded some videos earlier and 70% of them the sound was awful, crackling and distorted. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I have same problem been researching it for days its really dissapointing if i figure something out ill let you know!!

I never activated bixby on the replacement they sent me and I've never had any problems

One year later.  just bought my S24 Ultra and sound recording is awful. This means there is no bug fix yet. What a disappointment.

Contacted Samsung Customer Services and they told me a technician should check my phone.

I think I should get rid of the device and sell it out
