Fingerprint not responding try again later

Hi,

As the title says I randomly got this error message today I locked my phone went for a bit came back and couldn't unlock with my finger anymore and came with that message . I was so confused but I restarted and it fixed bur I have heard some stories of where it might be hardware but maybe I'm thinking too much but has anyone else had this issue lol or am I worrying too much

You can try going into the support section on the Members App and in there are diagnostic tests.
One is for fingerprint recognition.
If the issue happens again it's worth testing and seeing what it says.

If you recently put a new screen protector on. Try registering your fingerprint again.

Obviously make sure your fingerprint is clean and not too wet

Could have just been a glitch. Or possibly if you are using a customised theme etc

Unfortunately on occasion technology can glitch @itzlewis 

Hopefully this won't happen again.

Mine did that yesterday but then i remember using superglue to make a mess a good scrub with wire wool did the job
