I purchased my phone new in January, over the last few days l have noticed a warning sign pop up stating that l am very near to my mobile dater limit of 12 gb, on speaking to my provider 3 they have confirmed that l have nearly 12gb remaining, l then called Samsung technical team who after going through the settings told me it would need a factory reset, l then went back to 3 who went through the phone settings and told me to switch off both set data warning, and set data limit, this has stopped the warning notification popping up but still shows that l have reached my mobile data allowance, 3 have stated this should disappear when my new monthly cycle starts next month.Is any one else experienced this. If so how did you overcome it
