Face recognition set up and recognition can't detect my face in slightly lower lighting condition but my face is properly visible on the camera when I test it. It has never happened before on previous Samsung phones.
I've rescanned my face multiple times and in less than ideal brightest day it says that the camera lens may be dirty, it's clean.

7/10 times won t recognize my face regardless of the light...compare to my Iphone.15 pro max, is light years behind...no dirty lens,no nothing...just software, same.as with the washed out screen.Samsung leave the excuses and get back to work! You are asking a lot of money from us, time to deliver quality.

The face unlock works terribly on my s24+ too. I setup my face in good lighting and half the time it tells me my face doesn't match. It makes no sense. I've deleted the face data and gone through the setup numerous times.

Please report it through the Samsung Member's app and Samsung Reddit, S24 Ultra Reddit too if you have the will. Thanks. We'll get more attention that way.

I had 22Ultra now 24Ultra, facial recognition has always been bad, even when lighting is not bad, but coming from an angle. Apple work even in low light, then I also have screen protector which is a hit and muss for finger print. So most times I end up using PIN.
