Face recognition set up and recognition can't detect my face in slightly lower lighting condition but my face is properly visible on the camera when I test it. It has never happened before on previous Samsung phones.
I've rescanned my face multiple times and in less than ideal brightest day it says that the camera lens may be dirty, it's clean.

Hi, @Adi0. Have you toggled the Brighten screen option on to see if this helps?
To do this, you'd just need to go to Settings > Security and privacy > Biometrics > Face recognition > Brighten screen (ensure this is toggled ON).
Please let me know whether this helps bolster the performance of facial recognition when the lighting conditions are not optimal.

Yes it's enabled, I'm thankful for your input but I'm well " educated " into Samsung phones and others worked, this one just doesn't. This is brightness at which I'm scanning my screen:

That's strange. I appreciate that you're a pro, and we sometimes offer the steps for the benefit of other Community users who might be experiencing a similar issue.
What happens when you test Face recognition on Samsung Members (Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics > Face recognition)?
If no issue is detected via the diagnostic tool and if this persists then, if you've already added an alternative appearance via Face recognition, it might be beneficial to set up the facial data again.

I understand now, I didn't think about others, sorry. Yes, I've just tested it with the phone doagnostics and it says lens may be dirty etc... Sometimes it gets it sometimes it doesn't, it's well lit, I don't know why other Samsung worked well even in dark but S24 Ultra doesn't recognize my face in normal lighting conditions, concerning.

Is that a question?

I wouldn't worry much about this. I am using the Fold4 and S23 Ultra and none of those will ever read my face in any light. I always end up using my fingerprint, and Samsung is way behind Apple when it comes to facial recognition.
