Ethernet Adapter and DeX Station Ethernet not working on S24 with OneUI 8

Hello,

not sure whether this is an actual OneUI 8 problem, but I can't connect my S24 to Ethernet anymore. An S24 Ultra with OneUI 7 connects just fine. The "Ethernet" section in the S24 setting is greyed out, whether there is an adapter / DexStation connected or not. I already did a "Wipe Cache Partition", with no effect.

This problem rather hurts, so any ideas would be welcome.

Yes, it seems there might be no other way than the factory reset. While backups are done all the time, there are so many apps and their settings... And to just restore the current state during setup wouldn't be wise since it might replicate the ethernet problem, too...

Update: Might in fact be some kind of a firmware bug. This helped: Switch off WiFi & Mobile Data, shut down the phone, plug in the USB-Ethernet adapter, power-on. The Phone recognizes the adapter and everything is fine.
