Happens when trimming a video/ changing the brightness, contrast, saturation etc

In the editor it plays smooth but once you save the video and watch the play back, it's stuttering/ lagging/ low fps. Looks like it was filmed on a potato 🥔 Ruins the video

Absolute headache have to use Google photos for now to edit my videos. The horror

Editing through Samsung gallery. Anyone else have this problem? Seems to be common on Reddit but no solutions as of yet

Any solutions out there really appreciate it, thanks in advance

I stumbled upon this issue too... After a simple crop the frame rate of the video is choppy.

Nearly 3 months later... No fix yet. Absolute joke.

Got this recommendation but didn't work for me, (tested on 3 galaxy devices) may work for others. As attached 1724347429479.jpg

I have that issue but I found a way to work around it. When you are in the camera app, you click on 'more'. In the next screen, you click on 'pro video'. I've been able to record and edit with no problems. Hope this helps!

Brand new phone as my S20 Ultra broke. Wish I'd got an iPhone tbh! This is the second video issue I've had and only had it a week. I desperately need to edit video and can't unless I do it Google!

I'm having the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. When trimming videos in video editor the sound and video look alright but as soon as you save the video the sound stays ok but the video saves in fast forward.

I haven't found a way to fix this and there is no way to choose when editing if you want the video to play faster or slower when editing. Not available in movie editor either (when choosing multiple videos).

This is REALLY frustrating and has been a problem for many months!

Just got my new galaxy 24 and it's the worst purchase. Having the same issue with editing videos and many other issues. It's been half a year since someone reported it!!! I have been always having Samsungs, but I wish I purchased iPhone really, what a waste of money

Great job Samsung for ignoring this issue. On $2000 phones. How is it that you can bungle a new version of video editor when the old app worked fine. I've bought an expensive new phone and cant use it for what I need.

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

When will this be finally fixed? Have the same issue on brand new S24 Ultra, makes it unusable for Video editing! The phone costs a fortune, this is ridiculous. Which update will include a fix finally?

I'll try that.  And the problems might be already fixed as I got this update to last week
