Dual Sims Always On

Have you entered the phone numbers correctly?

It might also be because you have your hot-spot on

I entered the numbers accurately, yet I still couldn't connect even after turning off the hotspot. It’s clear that there’s an underlying issue that needs to be addressed.

It's probably just something that needs to be setup or changed. I wouldn't instantly think there was a problem with the phone itself.

My Source for that is it's worked on my s22 and my s25u. And no one has mentioned an issue like that before. So it's not a widespread common thing. If I saw people mentioning it daily, then it'd probs by a software issue with the device itself

In what format did you enter the numbers. Are you able to receive calls and texts on both sims

Make sure you have signal on both sims
