Hi all,

I couldn't make out if this has been tried or not in any of the existing threads (apologies if it's there but I missed it), but curious to know if the below new S24 series guidance we have makes any difference at all for the display washed out colours for you guys:

1. Settings > Display > Adaptive colour tone

Or

2. Quick panel > Brightness bar > More options > Adaptive colour tone

Please let us know in this thread.

Cheers!

Side by side against the S23 Ultra, the S24 Ultra colours look slightly more vibrant. Overall I find the S24 Ultra screen a markedly step up in quality over the S23 Ultra. To me, that anti reflective screen is having a bigger impact than people realise, not to mention the far superior PWM, which by itself is a huge difference. Between 39 and 48 seconds I notice the biggest impact.

Update : Ignore post.
Adaptive colour tone seems to work like eye comfort shield. Just making it warmer.

Also for me Vivid makes it cooler and natural warmer screen.

I did a post about adaptive colour on PC and now can't find it. Please let me know if you find the post. Thanks 😊

S9 was the last Samsung phone I had that I loved.   That display popped.  S24+ is heartbreaking in comparison.  What exactly am I paying for?
