HI, just got this phone and I can't add more than one phone number to any new contact why is this? My old contacts do have more than one number it's just new ones.

It does ask me where to save contact i.e. Samsung Account, Phone, SIM1 etc. I've tried all of them and there is only one slot for a phone number.

Hi @DrPepper1

Are you using the Samsung Contacts App ?

If so open the contacts app and choose the contact you want to add a second number.

Press edit at the bottom and there should be the option to add another number.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@DrPepper1: After creating the contact, please try heading to the Contacts app > Select the relevant contact > Edit. Can you see the 'Add phone number' option from here?

I've deleted the new contact and started again. I could see that all my other contacts were saved to the phone. I did this and now I can add another number.

Thanks for help everyone
