Connecting yo microsoft account

My S24 Ultra keeps sending me notifications to connect with my Microsoft account. Can I stop these notifications?

It would depend on what's prompting the notifications. What Microsoft apps or accounts do you currently have on the phone? Do you use Outlook as your email client? Samsung Gallery syncs to Microsoft OneDrive if you use that. Check your Microsoft account on a PC and see if it's linked in any way to your Samsung account.

Sorry meant to say a work microsoft account on my phone. I might try to stop the syncing from gallery idea.

Thanks. If you want to disable any notification from any of your Microsoft apps then you can do this.

Settings> apps. Scroll through the list to find your particular app. Tap on it. Tap notifications and the toggle off 'Allow notifications'

If you want, post a screenshot of the notification as it'll give us a better idea of what's causing it. Obviously, obscure any personal information. Also, if you tap on the notification, it might give you more info as to which app / service it originated from.

Okay so it originates from Samsung Cloud app. Tap on it as asked and see where it directs you. It might be something to do with the Samsung gallery.
