Hi everyone 

I have been using the S24 Ultra for almost a week now and since I held my hands on this ohone I tried to register it. When I go to Samsung Boost it doesn't recognise my device, but recognises my old S23 Ultra so I removed it from my registered device in the hope that my S24 would be recognise but that doesn't seem the case and can't claim any of my boost offers.

What should I do, please?

Thank you for this information. I was able to get my voucher. After failed attempts to search the answer in google.
