Claiming chrome book offer

Hi. Has anyone had trouble with uploading receipt for new phone in order to claim offer of chrome book from Samsung. Any help would be appreciated.

I have got to question 4 on the form, then it asks to upload receipt, l press upload button and nothing happens.

Did you uploaded the original receipts or invoices or numbers ? Including right IMEI ?

Yea all filled in and checked. I took a snap of my receipt and thought all l had to do was press the upload button and l would go to gallery and upload my receipt.

It might be beneficial to take the photo of the reciept ,and ensure it's a small sized file in regards to megapixel. 

If this isn't the issue then try clearing your browsers cookie's and history and try again, and or try another browser or device.

Hi. Just to let you know l went onto my p.c. and scanned my receipt and it uploaded everything and l am now sorted and have successfully put in my claim. Thank you for your advice.
