Claiming Disney+?/Disney Plus redemption page saying No devices found

Got my S24+ today and hoped to claim my Disney+ subscription, but when I try it constantly say "No devices found" (I deleted my S22+ as that was showing)

Is there someone sort of delay until the page recognizes my device , or maybe is it just busy AF as the phone shipped in the UK today ?

 

The device is registered on my Samsung account, I can see it on the devices tab on MY PAGE.

 

Hope someone can help.

I'm having the same problem, I think it's on their end and hopefully they will fix it soon as I'm eager to redeem it 😅

Ah, okay that feels a little better. 

Yeah hopefully it get sorted ASAP.
