Hi, I claimed free Chrome book following my purchase of S24 Ultra on 19th September, I have not heard about my claim, can someone advise how long it should before I hear about it.
Thursday I got a notification from royal mail about a parcel arriving Friday from Ingram micro - it's the chromebook. Had a play with it, will find a use for it.
You may find you wish you hadn't bothered. Many apps such as amazon UK, ,YBS for example, can't be downloaded from the google play store. Probably okay, if you live in china or america.
Can someone help.i bought my phone from Sky. Day after it came i claimed my chromebook. Uploaded all documents ect. I heard nothing so after the 45 days I phoned them. They said my claim is invalid as they emailed me and I didn't reply.i I told call handler I haven't received anything from you. He escalated it to see if exemption could be made. I receive an email today saying no exemptions as they emailed me 3 times (call handler said once. Someone's lying) I actually think this is a big con. U buy the phone claim the chromebook and Samsung are making up all strange rules in there t and c. Like the 1 they said to me. They tske no responseability for people not receiving emails from them.
To me it's like u do everything right at your end they leave it and leave it then turn round and say well u should of contacted us sooner
My claim was accepted 16th September, received an email today telling me they are struggling for stock but ill hopefully get the chromebook before the end of December. It appears people with a later claim have already received theirs. So pretty ***** service all round really.
The same here, 45 days gone on 18th November, contacted them, they won't tell how much longer is gonna take. I paid £140 for get my contract renewed earlier to claim this chromebook for my daughter. Seriously disappointed with Samsung customer service!
