Hello @maice
Looking after your phone's battery especially if you intend to keep using the phone for a few years is a good idea.
There is a setting in your phone called Protect Battery that will stop the phone charging to 💯 % meaning it'll charge to 80% if you wish.
People have your their own habits when charging their phones.
Personally I charge my phone's to 💯% and won't let the battery charge drop below 15%.
I only use super fast / fast charging if it's really needed.
I only use official oem Samsung charging options such as wireless pads / stands and charging plugs and data cables.
Here are a couple of official Samsung Links that may also help. 😀
> How to make the most out of your battery.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I'm not really qualified to give a scientific opinion on the life of your battety but can pass on my personal experience and that of my wife.
My wife has an S21+. She also has no useful vision in one eye, keeps her phone on maximum brightness, and charges to 100 percent every night.
Her battery is still going strong and gets her through an entire day. She rarely is forced to top up during the day.
My experience, I buy the top of the line Samsung phone every year, charge to 100 percent and typically have 30 percent remaining when I place the phone on its wireless charger when I go to bed.
Enjoy your phone, don't spend too much time worrying about this and that.
For what it's worth, I keep trying to get my wife to buy a new phone, her response, it still works just fine.

But as others have mentioned it depends a lot on how you look after the phone. I generally use maximum battery protection (80% charge) if possible and try to avoid the phone going under 20%. I avoid using super fast charging too unless really pushed timewise. One other tip is to avoid frequently leaving the phone in a hot place, for example directly in the hot sun or on a hot car dashboard.
