Fast charging not working

For the last month, I can not fast charge my S24 Ultra. I havent changed routines or done anything to damage the port. I have have tried several different cables with no luck. The only things which has happened is system updates. Does anyone else have issues

What charger is in use

Samsung charger used and also a Ugreen USBC cable

Did you wipe partition cache after updated?

You need to use the official Samsung charging cable that came with your phone. Using third-party cables can have a impact on charging speeds and can potentially slow it down. You can try running a diagnostic test on the charging via the members support page. If it still charges slow. Then you need the official Samsung cable.

Is fast charging on on battery settings in device care?

I do use the original cable and plug. Still no fast charging

I had this same problem with my Samsung S6 Lite tab. Tried every single ***** charger in the house with it! From samsung to unofficial ones absolutely nothing was working! But, I got a new one and the charging speed then went a little faster but not fully fast charging. But then, I got my new phone with a fast charging block and USB chord. So I honestly think it depends on the charging block cause after that, my tablet now does fast charge with my official samsung fast charger
