Hello, 
Got the 24 ultra phone and was approved for the cash back 26th June, so now well outside of the 45 days agreed for the cash back. (55 days)
Emailed samsung, was told the promotions team will contact me (been a week), called them yesterday and about as useful as a wet tea towel basically said no idea when ill get paid.

What else can I do?

Update: samsung has now sent me the cashback the day after this post.

People will tell you go to this link, that link.. no it will not work. When Samsung will provide you will get it. Even I am waiting. Samsung is always late.

I got the same phone, and submitted my claim same day as you - 26th June. Had a message that it was approved the same day and would be paid out by 10th August.

It was not paid by 10th August. Since then I have used the "contact us" form on the cashback claim website which received no reply, and then I followed that up with two phone calls to the number listed on the claim website. The first call, the advisor told me she would escalate things to the payment team and that I would receive a response shortly. I didn't, so I called again. The second advisor told me it would be with me by last Friday. I asked them to send me an email confirming that date, and I did get an email but it just said:

"Thank you for your call.
We sincerely apologise that you are yet to receive your cashback.
We can confirm that your payment is processing. Whilst we cannot provide an exact payment day, we aim to send out payments as soon as possible.
You will be notified via email when the payment has been successfully transferred.
If you did not receive any email by next Friday, please contact us, and we can then check it with our account team.
Should you have any more queries, please do not hesitate to contact us."

I've seen posts by people who submitted the claim later but have already had the cashback paid, which I don't understand - why would it not be in date order? Day 67 now...

Have done multiple times, always the same thing.
I'm sorry but its been over 24 days since the deadline.
Absolutely unacceptable and has been reported to the ASA.
