Hello, 

Got the 24 ultra phone and was approved for the cash back 26th June, so now well outside of the 45 days agreed for the cash back. (55 days)

Emailed samsung, was told the promotions team will contact me (been a week), called them yesterday and about as useful as a wet tea towel basically said no idea when ill get paid.

What else can I do?

i purchased the Samsung galaxy S24 and as soon as i received it i sent in for the cash back which was £200 at the time. it all went through fine and i received a message off Samsung stating my claim has been approved and i will receive it within the next 45 days. However 45 days has passed and have not received it. i have tried to get in touch with Samsung but they are no help and just ignore my claims. i honestly feel like i have been scammed after purchasing a £600 phone and i have honestly been put off from purchasing any Samsung products again.

I'm at day 62 and have not received my cashback, I will be going to the ASA.
