Case for S22U

Hello phone owners. So, my S24U is yet to be delivered, but I do have the case that I ordered at the same time. I'm a little perturbed by the cut out at the bottom - my current S22U clear case goes right the way across... 

Those of you that have the new phone, would you see it as an issue? (I'm worried it leaves the bottom edge a bit too vulnerable) Debating buying another make before it arrives, but also thinking that's daft!

I personally prefer the bottom covered. Had one of those for my S23 Ultra and sent it back as it provides no protection at the bottom for me, plus was a fingerprint magnet and I have a thing about cleanliness.
Some may prefer that with easy access to the charging port.
But most of my charging is by wireless charger.
But it is a slim case and ideal if you don't want the extra bulk in size for your phone

Like @Glenntech I also prefer my bottom covered. I have a wallet case for my S22 Ultra and I am still debating which I will get for the S24 Ultra. I might go for another wallet one. It protects all edges as well as the screen. The phone might not look as good, but it offers very good protection.

Like @Glenntech I prefer an enclosed case for the bottom @Beccic which is why I opt for the UAG Monarch Pro Kevlar cases personally.

I'm very careful with my phones and have only managed to inflict micro scratches and one full fledged scratch on older phones.  

For my money, as long as there's a lip protecting the front and back when the phone is placed on a flat surface, that's good enough for me.

I look at these gadgets as tools and not works of art to be encased in plastic or glass.   Just be careful and you'll be fine.

Absolutely my usual thinking... I may well stick with the cut out case & sew how it goes for a bit. I don't like to see sleek phones in chunky cases!
