Not resetting not working. I don't have a magnetic case and have restarted the phone. Hardly used and not damaged.

Can you expand on the issues you are experiencing?

Is it with certain apps or features?
What's happening when tying to use it?
Do yhe air actions work?

Have you looked in S Pen settings to see if anything is not selected etc?

It doesn't work at all, I have previously used it to make notes and draw on photos but now it will not do either. It will not reset and doesn't show it's status in or when removed from the phone.
