Hello dear Samsung Community

I've recently bought a S24, new one at that. Worked fine the first few days but then I started to notice some slight network problems.. At first I thought it might be since it's new, and that I should wait for the upcoming OneUI update, hoping it would fix it. I don't think that's the case unfortunately... Everytime I launch an app I've got to wait a few seconds to connect to internet, wether it's home/or any other place WiFi or Mobile Data. I've tested both my Sim card and WiFi connections on my old phone and it works just fine.. I also ran the diagnostic section in the Samsung Members app and it says everything is fine... I don't really want to return the phone, It's great and I like it so hopefully anyone here could help me with my problem...

Thank you very much!

If the diagnostic test tool in the Samsung Members App does not highlight anything and the suggested troubleshooting steps do not help then I'd suggest to have it swapped out under any relevant cooling off period or if thats expired have a Samsung Service Centre have hands on @Fr0stmar3

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hi and Welcome.

I would usually start with resetting just my mobile network settings under Reset.

Restart the phone and see if it helps.

You could do the same for the WiFi and Bluetooth settings or even

Reset all settings as these can sometimes get corrupted if you had done a smartswitch transfer.

Also. You could make sure your APN settings are correct.

Either contact your sim provider to send them or add them manually.

Let us know how you get on.

Did you receive a text message from your network ptovider to update your phones settings? If so, be sure to check the message source first and if legitimate, then apply the settings.

No, it's the phone itself that is the problem... Broken from the factory I assume.
