How do I revert or rollback the OneUI 7 update?
The notification & settings swipe down feature, in conjunction with the app drawer vertical layout, is a pretty egregious muscle memory and reflex change. I would like to revert to OneUI 6 or disable these settings. Does anyone know how to revert the OneUI Update? I've read some mentions of a tool named Odin?
I would like to keep my Samsung, but honestly ... if future updates are more interested in changing HOW I am forced to interact with my phone rather than giving me new features or security enhancements, it might be time to look at competitors.

Funny. I would have chosen to remain on the last version but I was not given the choice. It auto updated off of wifi when I have both auto updates, and updates without wifi turned off.

EXACTLY! It's completely forced. I had been avoiding the update for the longest time, always rescheduling it, and i set it to 9 am. Guess what happened when I turned my phone on at 7 am? It updated on it's own. I have auto updates turned off as well, it should never have even given me the prompt.

I rolled the swipe down back to one ui6 but since doing this, it removes the pencil icon, stopping you from going back to one ui7 is there an option in the settings for this? thank you

The top notification and settings bar has completely disappeared for me. So has the edge panel even though both are enabled, so there is no pencil to click. Even the settings button isn't working for me anymore so searching for them is the only way I can access settings.
