How do I revert or rollback the OneUI 7 update?
The notification & settings swipe down feature, in conjunction with the app drawer vertical layout, is a pretty egregious muscle memory and reflex change. I would like to revert to OneUI 6 or disable these settings. Does anyone know how to revert the OneUI Update? I've read some mentions of a tool named Odin?
I would like to keep my Samsung, but honestly ... if future updates are more interested in changing HOW I am forced to interact with my phone rather than giving me new features or security enhancements, it might be time to look at competitors.

Thanks for the info here. Is there a way to have the app draw in its custom (swipe left and right) but in alphabetical order.
I realy don't like the feel of this at all and want it like one ui 6

did you have any luck with odin? i cant find the OEM Unlock. I absolutly despise this layout/interface change and will not be using samsung until they make these chages optional.
more of a note to samsung: i understand that i can put my panel together, but how about making all those buttons optional? i dont need or like the volume slider under the brightness... like i have literal buttons for that? is this a hint that we wont have those buttons in the future?
i dont use quick share or smart things or smart view, so they're big ugly buttons in the way and make my device cluttered.
I also agree that the vertical app drawer is awful, i dont want my search bar at the bottom, now its overwhelming and non-distict, which is actually really un-inclusive to the blind so my husband cannot find be my eyes to call and ask for help.
it also installed gemini and i only have the option to disable it. Its MY phone, Let Me Decide if i want those things. i used to love samsung but every update they add things and take away our freedom to customize. Bye samsung, hello Nokia!
