Can't record video using AirDroid Cast

For some reason, when I try to record a video on my phone while casting to my laptop, I receive a message on my phone that I can't record video during calls. This never happened on either of my Motorola phones. I depend on the casting app to record videos for YouTube but have no idea how to solve this issue. As soon as I close down the casting app I can then record video.

Please advise.

I tried Open Camera, that worked fine, the built-in one doesn't. Force stop didn't work, either.

I really appreciate your trying to help me with this, it's driving me mad! 😂
