I have just got this phone and it does not vibrate for any setting and I did a diagnostics test which showed fault with vibrations. I also don't receive notification sounds to messages etc despite all being on.

If the diagnostics shows a fault then it is time to book in for a repair with the service centre.

You can use your phone 'support' tab in the members app to start this process off.

I assume it is still under warranty (uk region provides 2 years) and it was bought from a reputable source.

Good luck getting it repaired.

It sounds like a hardware problem. It may involve either a core component or a strong indication of connection damage, as both vibration and sound are involved.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

Sorry to say, but the diagnostics say there's an issue; you'll have to book a repair under warranty. Either click "Support" in the Members app or Google "Samsung support" and go from there.
