I am experiencing the same issue. I have S24 ultra. When I need to make a phone call most times i am not able too, I have to restart and go through some drama. Also few people complained who are trying to reach me that my phone if unreachable. Never had this experience on anyother s series of samsung. Not sure if the AI feature is a problem since it is a newest feature introduced on s24 series or a hardware issue?
