How to register an account with Assurant to make a claim from Samsung care+??

Tried to register many time and it said my details is not recognised, it said the same when I tried it with my surname. Is anyone experiencing the same ?

Best thing is to contact Samsung Customer Support and explain you want to take out a policy
Though there's often a time limit to be able to claim
