Samsung care+ on hold despite paying customer support nightmare

I'm paying for my s24 ultra monthly through klarna only had it since September so only one payment so far which I paid early, I got an email saying I haven't paid for my Samsung care+ despite it being bundled with the klarna and has been paid, checking my account it's been put on hold. Spoke to customer services and they pass me from sales, to tech support, to assurant to finance team, accounts no one seems to know who I need to speak to so my last resort is asking the community in case someone has gone through this as well and who I need to speak to.

I haven't experienced this personally but you could perform a forum search as you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
