people stop to hearing me during the call (not all calls) , even if i disconnect the call and call again the problem continue, thisproblem can be cleared if i swithc of the VoLTE , then everything go smooth,
three of my friends with the same phoen s24 ultra get the same problem and its a very bad problem as I cant live like this.

Yes same network different areas.. but once I switch sim card back to s23 ultra no issues at all.
I submit this issue to samsung 4 times and they just answer with information not enough and they need a video to this issue 🙄 😑 😒 😐
How I can make video to this issue

I already get the new update and still the problem is there... in the middle of voice call and volte is enabled the other can't hear my voice and still I can hear them clearly

Mine also mutes my end of a conversation but only on speaker function when the screen fades to black. I can hear people, they can't hear me. Is there a setting I could change?

I would like to respectfully bring to your attention that six of my friends and I have encountered a similar issue with our Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra devices. We have discovered that by deactivating the VoLTE option, the problem is resolved.
I visited an authorized Samsung service center, and they informed me that there was no issue and that I should simply turn off the VoLTE option. However, since the beginning of this week, more than ten device owners have visited the service center with the same concern.
We have confirmed that there is indeed an issue with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra device when the VoLTE option is enabled, as calls made from the device become muted.
We kindly request Samsung to provide us with a solution or guidance on how to address this problem. The service center and call center representatives have not been able to offer any solutions, leaving us unable to use our phones effectively.
We hope that Samsung will acknowledge this issue and provide expert assistance to resolve it.
In the meantime, I intend to share this issue with video evidence on various relevant websites starting tonight.

Same thing happening here Since I bought the phone s24 ultra , I contacted Samsung and they did software 2 times and keep saying nothing wrong in the phone , The problem they asked me to prove the issue which doesn't heppen all the time it's heppen , Really making calls now it stressful for me , even I sent the phone to samsung engineers and they called me this morning reporting that nothing wrong in the phone and they just did Software which they did it twice before , Really I don't know what to do know .

A software installation done by service center, issue reduced but still the issue are there ... what is this... why many known friends facing the same issue 😤😤😤
I can't complete with this issue.
I will ask my money back its a very bad service from Samsung if i have and others the same issue why we need to keep running after Samsung to help us 😡😡😡 #Samsung #BadService #Refund

Same issue here. Been to the service center twice and the only thing they do is install a new FW which doesn't help. Removing VoTLE is the only wait to avoid this issue. Really bad service and experience from Samsung. Never again.
