What the hell SAMSUNG? Just did the update and tried to connect to bluetooth audio in my car as I usually do and it doesnt work anymore. Tried every single workaround in this thread. Still nothing. I see it's not a 'today' issue. Is this your definition of support for your flagship premium phone? Are you kidding us right now? How about you hire some goddamn people and fix this ***** NOW!

And how to do that exactly? Also, dont they f@%#&ng need to check their support forums?

Apparently it's an issue with Android 16 because the same problem is encountered on other Android phones including Pixel. Weirdly enough, I've found people with older phone makes (e.g. S20FE) that dont' have Android 16, got a patch in July/August that broke their Samsung - Car Bluetooth connection.
Tried talking with Samsung suport and spent 45 minutes trying to tell the dude it was a Bluetooth connection issue to my car's classic Hands Free System and numerous times he told me to look in the Android Auto app and try to unplug the phone from my car. Basically frustratingly useless, as always. I gave up.

Hello,
I also have issue connecting with Bluetooth to my car stereo after upgrading to OneUi 8.
In my case the phone says connected in bluetooth settings, but car stereo says not connected.
I found out that if I go to the bluetooth connection in settings, uncheck "sound" and then check it again then it works.

Hi,
I found that by going to Bluetooth, viewing the Bluetooth devices, and going to detail view for the car connection, the phone connection is turned on, but the audio is turned off. When I turn it on, it immediately turns off again. I turn it back on, and it immediately turns off. I have to do that 3 or 4 times before it stays on. However, by the time I win the on/off battle, the Bluetooth scan that the car is doing times out and I have to turn off the key and restart the car to get the Bluetooth scan to work again. The only way I can get it to work, somewhat consistently, is to have the audio playing on the phone, then start the engine, set the car radio control to Auxiliary, and while the car is scanning for a Bluetooth connection I have to quickly go the Bluetooth settings, details for the device and then turn the audio on, it turns itself on, I turn it back on, it turns itself off, I turn it back on and usually the third time I turn it back on, the audio connects. I have to do this every time I start the car. It no longer connects automatically. I have a 2010 Mazda 3, so that's long before Android was built into the cars. Bluetooth is an auxiliary function of the car's audio system. It's just simple Bluetooth that use to work great, and now it doesn't. Shame on you Samsung!!!

I have the same issue here. Headset, Controller, Wireless Keyboards. All disconnect after about 30 seconds... I tried the safe mode trick, but pairing devices in safe mode just crashes the entire safe mode.
This is a serious issue Samsung, please get this fixed as soon as possible. I am not able to use my Samsung Galaxy Ultra S24 at all...
