I see you're still suffering from the same problem as you mentioned previously.
Do you think it could be down to one (or more) of your apps?
Previously we advised not to install any backups but to download new apps manually one at a time. Do you think you've downloaded the same app and it's that which is causing the issue?
It would be a bit impractical to suggest you boot to Safe mode and monitor for a few weeks, especially if this is your main phone.
Is there any chance you could do without your 3rd party apps for a few weeks, just to eliminate the possibility of one of them being the culprit?

Hi there, sorry you are having this issue, does the black screen appear when using a specific app? Have you tried a cache partition wipe? Sometimes this will help fix most problems. Have you booted into safe mode to see if it still happens?

Ie calendar has camera and mic refused, and cannot run in background..... For example.
I did do a clean restart ... No back ups.
This time it was Samsung internet that did the screen.
I think if it happend regularly while doing specific tasks, I could go with a rogue app, but it isn't.
Am I really alone in this happening?

Seriously. I get a message "pdd not loaded" (or something similar each time I try either.).
So I turn off and leave off for half an hour before turning back on.
As I said, not even Samsungs own tech support seem able to work out what's wrong.
I've been sending reports for months over various faults ... Now they say, just send a normal message ... So how does that send a fault log ... All I got was it doesn't
So why would I do that instead then. .... No answer.
Is it cos I have 2 Sims ... One for calls and one for outside data when no WiFi ...beach is to be turned on/requested as I need them.
