Have set 1 finger print (phone scans n saves it perfectly) - But phone cant recognize it 9 times out of 10
Added another finger - same issue
Added more fingers - scanning both left and right thumbs under 1 scan - same issue, fails more then 60% of time.
Delete all prints saved and try try try again - no luck

Hello @DeadMuppet and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👍
I'm sorry to learn of the issues your currently experiencing with your Biometrics.
You can go into your Biometrics Settings to test your fingerprints that have been set up.
Personally on my phone I scan the same thumbprint x 3 times which helps it work all the time for me then.
I have the screen sensitivity turned On too in the Display Settings.
Some people who have dry skin may experience issues. Gently breathing on the finger can help in those circumstances.

This is a generic troubleshooting step >
Obviously there are alternatives such as face unlock, pin or pattern that can be used alternatively.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
