Any one can confirm if we do 5 cycle of 100 to 0 with battery does that really increase the battry duration of s 24 ultra

With older batteries you'd do certain battery cycles.
But these new batteries don't need that sort of thing now.
The new phones will go through a software enforced learning process initially
But still taking batteries down to 0% is never really a good idea anyway.
If you have issues with battery life. Probably best looking at battery and device care to see what's using it most.
Also Wiping the Partition Cashe on the phone can help

The problem is that every thing is fine in that section
I am very disappointed with s 24 ultra battery. I had honor 9x lite for 2 years with just 3700 mah battry but it is still better even now then 5000 mah s 24 ultra battery
The screen time is juat 7 to 8 hours
I havent played any game yet . Just using normal phone with maps mostly

Honor and Huawei had a great battery life. But they used to restrict background processing far too much, mostly to get that battery life. EMUI was bad for it really
Not to mention later on without Google Play services. Some apps were Web based, which helps reduce battery usage

And adding to Glenntech comments above, keeping the battery between 50 and 80% is ideal for longevity. So better doing many top ups than one big charge.
