I just updated my S24 Ultra to One UI 7, version S928BXXS4BYE3 / S9228BOXM4BBYE3 / S928BXXS4BYE3 from May 1st. After the update I wiped the cache partition and then ran Galaxy App Booster.
What version is your One UI 7 that made the battery of your phones so much worse?

EDIT: I figured out that the new update brings a new issue: When I try to transfer photos or videos whose size is above 500-600 MB (smaller videos transfer just fine), my Windows 10 shows the following warning message:
That's for the USB 3.1 ports of both, my PC and my laptop, which I always use for file transfer and never had such an issue with my S24 Ultra for more than a year up until now after the update. When I plug in the cable to a USB 2.0 port, there is no such error. I tried with 4 different USB cables and all of them give an error when connected to any USB 3.1 port. This is clearly an issue caused by the new update. Tested on two machines and 4 original Samsung cables.
A few years ago I had a similar issue when I updated my Samsung Galaxy S10e to Android 12. File transfer was super nice with Android 10 and 11 prior that, then it god broken (on top of the super quick battery drain of the phone caused by the power-hungry Android 12.

With recent news about constant bootloop and fast battery drain after the recent update of Samsung Galasy A56, users reported that the fix is to remove the SIM card, then restart the phone and insert the SIM card again. Have anyone tried that fix with the removal of the SIM card on S24 Ultra with fast battery drain?
