Battery draining faster after software update

Hello has anyone else experience faster battery drainage after updating one UI 7 on your S24 ultra and if you have experience the same thing has anyone been able to sort out the issue and if yes what have you done

I'm experiencing this exact same issue!  I've had the phones for month, then suddenly noticed in the last week my battery drain is crazy.  Now my phone is also heating up with the battery drain.  How is this fixed?

I have the same issue too, battery drain and over heating siBefore UpdateAfter Updatence the update.

Mines has been the same. Before the update the battery was amazing. Since the update I lose 5 percent while checking my message or emails before I get out of bed

Yup exact same problem here, used to get home from work with 60+% battery, after update my phone is dead before I even finish work... Started googling to see if I was the only one.

Have similar issue on standard S24,. disabling work profile helped.

I have 2 S24 ultra in my house, and both are experiencing battery drain after the update. It was 2 days battery even after heavy use, but now we are charging the phone every day.

Same here, my battery used to last 2 days and since the update it won't even last one day. I charged it this morning to 100%, unplugged at 8am and I am down to 29% at 4.30pm. Whilst I had quite a lot of screen time today as it's weekend, this wouldn't have happened in the past. Had my phone for 2 months... I really hope this will get fixed ASAP.

Had the same issue.Took it to service centre who told the update was corrupted they reset the device as brand new with April update now it's okay

Battery definitely seems to be draining faster on my S24 Ultra as well.. I have no clue how people obtain those golden 12 hours of SOT. If I'm veeeeery lucky then some days I might be getting around 7 hours - however I wish it would be more like 10 hours, as I know for a fact that in 1-2 years time that 7 hours SOT will become 5 hours ish.. not great for a Flagship phone. And seeing some of the latest drainage youtube videos or even lacks behind iPhone's 15 Pro Max which feels horrible as it definitely should be at least around neck to neck.. disappointed.
