Auto scrolling to apps

Hello can anyone help with the auto scrolling feature when changing settings on a specific app it used to do it on the S10+

But isnt working on the s24 plus please help have to scroll manually to find the app

Unsure which auto scrolling feature you are referring to. Was it something in Accessibility settings?

Nope not in those settings its when you get a notifiation for that specific app and you toogle on it it brings up options turn off notification or settings aswell as a the notification coming up on the left for quick access it take you staighht to the app notification settings and auto scrolls to the app

Yes, I just tried it, and it doesn't take you to the app. It just takes you to the app list, and you have to scroll manually. Normal behaviour on my S23U.

You may request this feature via your Samsung members app. Just head to the Support section and tap on Ask questions.
